Payment
We currently accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order):
- PayFast (Instant EFT, Visa, Mastercard)
To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment via PayFast (Instant EFT, Visa & Mastercard). Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.
Delivery
All orders within South Africa are shipped at the following rates (you will have the option to select your rate when placing an order):
- Flat Rate (1-5 business days) — R 150
- Free Shipping for orders over R1500 (1-5 business days)
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm (excluding holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
