Overview – Exchanges
We don’t offer refunds however you are welcome to exchange if your product is returned within 5 days of receipt in original condition & packaging. Should you not find something suitable immediately we can issue you with a gift card which is redeemable within 6 months.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will also be required to return the product at your cost and you will be refunded less the courier fee.

Additional lead times may occur if stock is not available. We keep our website as up-to-date as possible however it may not always reflect our stock levels.
We do our utmost best to send goods out within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of order – if not sooner. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your product has been dispatched.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should courier your product to: Excluso, Greener Tidings Nursery, Munnik Drive, Bendor, Polokwane, 0699
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you complete an exchange you will be liable for the shipping cost.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
