Shipping Policy

We aim to despatch orders within 7 days of your order being placed and providing all items are in stock. We do not send out packages or courier items on Saturdays or Sundays or public holidays.

Once item has been shipped expect a 5-7 business delivery time for main centers.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your product has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

Standard delivery is FREE to an address of your choice for orders to the value of R2500 or more. A standard delivery fee of R200 is charged on orders under R2500.

Should you wish to return the parcel, it will be at your own cost. Please ensure you read our Return Policy and our Terms and Conditions before purchasing a product.
